African Mahogany is a hardwood from West tropical Africa that varies in color from deep reddish brown to a pale pinkish brown. African Mahogany’s color tends to darken with age.  It has a straight to interlocking grain with a medium to coarse texture. African Mahogany is easy to work with as it glues easily. It is commonly used for interiors such as veneers, turned items, furniture and fine interior trim.
