HOW TO APPLY EASYCOAT

STEP 1 – Prepare the Surface
Wood must be clean, smooth, sanded, and dry (8–12% moisture). Remove all oils, waxes, paint, or silicones. After sanding, clean thoroughly with a vacuum and an antistatic cloth.

STEP 2 – Sand Before Coating
Sand the wood with 120–150 grit to ensure proper adhesion.

STEP 3 – Apply the First Coat
Apply evenly with a brush or roller. Touch-dry in 20 minutes.

STEP 4 – Apply the Second Coat
Once the first coat is fully dry, lightly clean the surface again. Recoat within 3–24 hours.

STEP 5 – Allow Full Cure
EasyCoat reaches full cure in 5–10 days, depending on climate.

STEP 6 – Test Before Full Application
Apply EasyCoat to a small test area to confirm the color and finish.
